NandaHack runs fully virtually through Friday, July 10, 2026, with submissions due at 12:00 PM ET.
NandaHack Information Session (virtual): Monday, July 7, 2026.
NANDA Summit + NandaHack finale at the MIT Media Lab, Cambridge, MA: Saturday, July 11, 2026 (Summit 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Hackathon 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Attending in person is optional; taking part is fully online.
Eligibility
Anyone can join: students, builders, researchers, and professionals. You can enter on your own or as a team.
Submission rules
- Submissions are not made on Devpost. Phase 1 is a pull request on the NANDA Town repo on GitHub, named hackathon/your-name-topic. Phase 2 is submitted on the NANDA Town skills page.
- Phase 1 contributions must be your own work and follow the NANDA Town contribution guidelines in the repo.
- Phase 2 services must be hosted online with live, reachable endpoints, and the SKILL.md must be original work.
Judging
Phase 1 (20% of your score) is scored on correct, well-tested code that fits NANDA Town's design and is clearly documented.
Phase 2 (80% of your score) is scored on usefulness, creativity, easy setup, and whether agents can use your service from your SKILL.md alone.
